You must have played in a D&D Amusement league to sign up through our website. If not, please contact your local vendor running your leagues for how to sign up. We cannot accept entries from teams who did not play in our leagues.

The cost is $120 for the entry plus a $6 convenience fee for submitting online to cover credit card processing charges OR instead you can come to or mail your entry form to our office with the $120 entry fee before the March 25th deadline.

GUIDELINES FOR TEAM ENTRY & TOURNAMENT PLAY 1. All players must be 21 years of age and have played together in the same league system. Each player MUST HAVE 60 OR MORE GAMES BY MARCH 1ST. All players must have picture I.D. showing Birth Date at the tournament. STARTING TIMES: SATURDAY 5/18/2024, 9:00 A.M. (LOWER PPD’S), SATURDAY 5/18/2024, 4:00 P.M. (UPPER PPD’S). CHECK YOUR ENTRY CONFIRMATION FOR YOUR STARTING TIME. 2. A team may use up to six players (all from the same league system). The team will be classed by the statistics of the four best players. 3. NO SUBSTITUTIONS ARE ALLOWED AT THE TOURNAMENT SITE. All entries should have six players listed and must draw their team from those players. A team will be classed with the statistics of the 4 best players. A Person may register to play on more than 1 team but may only play on 1 team. If a player is found playing or to have played on more than one team, both teams may be disqualified; all players may be banned from play for 3 years. 4. Team tournament format will be round robin preliminaries with 2 best records advancing to the finals. Finals will be double elimination. PLAY STARTS 9:00AM SUNDAY 5/19/2024 FOR QUALIFYING TEAMS. 5. No team will be allowed to switch players after a match has started. 6. Any team forfeiting a game for any reason during tournament play will be dropped from tournament; round robin matches will be re-scored accordingly. Double elimination will forfeit remaining matches. Players on that team will be restricted from playing in the following year’s tournament. 7. Any players/teams expelled from the tournament for any reason will not be eligible for refunds or prize money. All players on that team may be restricted from playing in the following year’s tournament. 8. Captains are in charge of registration. Team caught using an illegal player will forfeit all matches.
